Good Luck

I feel a little weird right now. Usually on this day and at this time I'm a little nervous and even more excited. The first Sunday in May is the day that a little over 6,000 highly trained people get up at 5am and run 42km. Tomorrow is the Vancouver International Marathon.

I'm in Alaska, which means the race is out of the question for me, but everyone that is running it will be in my thoughts tomorrow. All the best to you. I wish I was there with you.

"Head out easy, find your groove and finish strong."
